Professor Dr. Maha Bahjat Younis, Professor of Constitutional Law at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, was honored by the esteemed Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, for her outstanding scientific contributions in the field of constitutional law and her academic efforts to deepen constitutional awareness, strengthen the values of the democratic and institutional system, and develop constitutional thought in Iraq.
The ceremony took place on the occasion of the centennial celebration of the Republic of Iraq, held in Baghdad in October 2025.
